Delete your account and all data
You can delete your Social Hub account and all of its data at any time, directly in the app:
- Sign in to Social Hub.
- Open Settings in the sidebar.
- In the Delete account section, type your account email to confirm.
- Click Permanently Delete Account.
Permanently deleted right away: your Social Hub account, all connected social accounts and their access tokens, your post history and schedules, and every photo and video you uploaded. This cannot be undone.
Only disconnect one social account
If you only want to stop connecting one account (e.g. Instagram), open Accounts and click Disconnect on that account. Its access tokens are deleted from Social Hub immediately.
Revoke access from the platform
You can also revoke Social Hub’s access directly on each platform:
- Google / YouTube: myaccount.google.com/permissions
- Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites
- Threads: Settings → Account → Website permissions
- TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security → Apps and services
- X: Settings → Security and account access → Apps and sessions
- LinkedIn: Settings → Data privacy → Permitted services
Can’t sign in?
Email (contact email not configured) from your Social Hub account’s email address with the subject “Delete account”. We will delete your account and all your data within 30 days and confirm by email.
Notes
Posts already published on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Threads, X, or LinkedIn are not deleted, because they belong to your account on those platforms. Delete them directly on the platform if needed.
