Terms of Service

Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of Social Hub, a service for writing, scheduling, and publishing posts to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Threads, X, and LinkedIn. By signing up for or using Social Hub, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country and by each platform you connect.
• Provide an accurate email and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
• Tell us right away if you suspect your account has been misused.

Connected social accounts

• Only connect accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
• By connecting an account, you allow Social Hub to publish the content you choose and to read that account’s profile and content for the features you use.
• You remain bound by each platform’s terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service, Meta’s Terms (Instagram and Threads), TikTok’s Terms, X’s Terms, and the LinkedIn User Agreement. By using YouTube features in Social Hub, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
• You can disconnect an account at any time from the Accounts page.

Your content

You keep all rights to the captions, photos, and videos you upload. You grant Social Hub a limited permission to store, process, and send that content to the platforms you choose, solely to provide the service to you. This permission ends when the content or your account is deleted.

You are responsible for the content you publish and confirm that you have the right to publish it.

Prohibited use

You may not use Social Hub to:

• publish content that is illegal, infringes copyright or other rights, or contains hate speech, violence, or exploitation;
• send spam, run automation that breaks platform rules, or manipulate engagement (for example with fake accounts);
• access accounts that are not yours without permission;
• disrupt, overload, or attempt to breach the service, including accessing other users’ data.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

Third-party services

Social Hub relies on the YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Threads, X, and LinkedIn APIs. These platforms may change, limit, or discontinue their APIs at any time. For example, unaudited apps may be limited to private posts, and the X API is paid. We are not responsible for third-party platform decisions or outages, including posts that are rejected, removed, or limited in reach.

Service availability

We work to keep the service running, but Social Hub is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or that every scheduled post will publish exactly on time. Check post status on the History page. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Social Hub is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost data, or losses caused by third-party platforms arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You can stop at any time and delete your account and all data from the Settings page (see how to delete your account). We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or put the service or other users at risk.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will update the effective date above, and for significant changes we will notify you by email or in the app. By continuing to use the service after a change, you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
